At LAXToGo Inc., we understand that plans can change. This page outlines our policies for cancellations, refunds, flight delays, and reservation modifications — so you always know exactly where you stand before, during, and after your booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
Eligible for Refund

If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% payment processing fee. This fee covers the cost charged by our payment processor and is non-recoverable on our end.

Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Pickup
Non-Refundable

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable. At this point, a vehicle and chauffeur have already been assigned and reserved exclusively for your trip.

To cancel a reservation, please contact us as early as possible by phone at (657) 334-8622 or by email at info@laxtogo.com. Cancellation requests are processed during business hours and confirmed via email.

Flight Delays

We know that flight delays are outside your control, which is why LAXToGo Inc. actively monitors all incoming flights and will never charge you extra for airline-related delays.

How Flight Monitoring Works
  • When you provide your flight number at the time of booking, our team tracks your flight in real time.
  • If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time accordingly at no additional charge.
  • Your chauffeur will be ready and waiting when your flight actually lands — not when it was originally scheduled to land.
Important

A valid flight number must be provided at the time of booking to qualify for flight monitoring and the no-charge delay guarantee. Without a flight number, standard wait time charges may apply after the complimentary grace period.

Complimentary Wait Time for Airport Pickups

For all airport arrival pickups, we provide a complimentary 30-minute grace period from the time your flight lands. This allows time for deplaning, baggage claim, and customs where applicable. Wait time charges apply after this grace period if no flight number was provided.

Reservation Changes
Changes Made 24+ Hours Before Pickup
No Charge

Changes to your pickup time, drop-off location, flight information, vehicle type, or other trip details requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to vehicle availability.

Changes Made Within 24 Hours of Pickup
May Incur Charges

Changes requested within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature and extent of the modification. We will always inform you of any extra cost before confirming the change.

What Can Be Changed
  • Pickup time — earlier or later departure times
  • Pickup or drop-off location — address changes or added stops
  • Flight number or terminal — updated travel information
  • Passenger count — subject to vehicle capacity
  • Vehicle type — upgrades or downgrades, subject to availability
  • Add-on services — Meet & Greet, child seat, bouquet of flowers
