Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any transportation service provided by LAXToGo Inc. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Company Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by LAXToGo Inc., a luxury limousine and black car service operating in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Southern California.

Booking & Reservations

All reservations must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or through an authorized booking channel. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from LAXToGo Inc.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup time, location, drop-off address, and flight information (where applicable) at the time of booking.
  • LAXToGo Inc. reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation at its discretion.
  • For hourly bookings, a minimum duration applies as specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Cancellations
Eligible for Refund

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund, minus a 5% payment processing fee.

Non-Refundable

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, including same-day cancellations, are non-refundable.

Flight Delays

LAXToGo Inc. monitors all incoming flights using the flight number provided by the customer at the time of booking. No additional charges will be applied for delays caused by the airline. Customers are required to provide a valid flight number to qualify for flight-monitoring service.

Reservation Changes
  • Changes to pickup time, drop-off location, flight information, or other trip details requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to vehicle availability.
  • Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature and extent of the modification.

Pricing, Fees & Additional Charges

All base fares are as quoted at the time of booking. The following optional or situational charges may apply in addition to the base fare:

Wait Time

After a complimentary grace period (15 minutes for standard pickups and 30 minutes for airport arrivals), wait time charges will apply for every additional period the vehicle is held. Specific rates will be provided at the time of booking.

Extra Stops

Unscheduled or additional stops added to a trip may incur an extra stop fee. Customers are encouraged to include all required stops at the time of booking to receive an accurate quote.

Optional Add-On Services

The following premium add-ons are available at an additional charge and must be requested at the time of booking:

  • Meet & Greet service — A chauffeur will meet the passenger inside the terminal with a name sign.
  • Child safety seat — An appropriate child safety seat will be provided upon request.
  • Bouquet of flowers — A floral arrangement placed in the vehicle for special occasions.

All quoted prices are in US Dollars. Applicable taxes, tolls, parking fees, and gratuity may be added to the final fare.

Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during all trips. LAXToGo Inc. reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger engages in behavior that is unsafe, threatening, or damaging to the vehicle or the driver.

  • Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their trip. Cleaning fees or repair costs will be charged to the booking party.
  • All passengers must wear seatbelts as required by California law.
  • The number of passengers must not exceed the stated capacity of the booked vehicle.

Luggage & Personal Property

Each vehicle has a stated luggage capacity. Customers are advised to book an appropriate vehicle for the number of bags and passengers in their party. LAXToGo Inc. is not responsible for any personal property left in the vehicle. Any lost items found will be held for a reasonable period, and a reasonable fee may be charged for the return of lost property.

Limitation of Liability

LAXToGo Inc. is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, weather events, acts of God, or airline schedule changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LAXToGo Inc.'s total liability to any customer for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific trip in question.

LAXToGo Inc. is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including missed flights, connecting transportation, or business losses.

Privacy

LAXToGo Inc. collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at laxtogo.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms

LAXToGo Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
