Private chauffeur service for the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards on Monday, September 14, 2026 at the Peacock Theater in Downtown Los Angeles — hourly, as-directed cars that stay with you from the hotel to the red carpet, the dinners and the after-parties, and home again.
LAXToGo is a Los Angeles chauffeur and black-car service. For Emmy week we coordinate hourly chauffeurs, executive sedans, Cadillac Escalade and Yukon-class SUVs and Mercedes Sprinter group vehicles for nominees and guests, publicists and assistants, production and studio teams, and groups arriving from LAX. Every reservation is a fixed, quoted price with a professional chauffeur, and it is booked online in a few minutes.
Award weekends create unusually high demand for professional chauffeurs and larger luxury vehicles. Guests, assistants and coordinators are encouraged to reserve in advance.
Emmy transportation, in three steps
1. Reserve online
Choose Hourly for an as-directed chauffeur, or One-way for a single transfer. The full price is shown before you confirm — no surge, no meter.
2. We confirm the plan
Your chauffeur’s details, the pickup point and the timing for the venue are confirmed before the day. Flights arriving at LAX are tracked automatically.
3. The car stays with you
On an hourly reservation the vehicle and chauffeur remain at your disposal for every stop — venue, holding area, dinner, after-party and the return.
Why hourly chauffeur service is the right model for an award show
An Emmy day is rarely a single ride. A typical movement looks like this:
Hotel → Peacock Theater arrivals → holding location during the ceremony → dinner → after-party → hotel.
Booked as separate point-to-point rides, each of those legs is a new pickup at the busiest possible moment, in an area with street closures, credential checkpoints and thousands of other vehicles trying to do the same thing. Booked as one hourly chauffeur reservation, there is one chauffeur, one vehicle and one phone number for the whole evening. The car is already positioned when you walk out, the timing flexes with the event instead of an app’s estimate, and nothing is left in the wrong car.
Hourly service is priced by the hour with a four-hour minimum, and the total is quoted before you book. For most Emmy itineraries it is both simpler and, once three or more stops are involved, usually less expensive than a chain of one-way rides.
Vehicles for Emmy week
Late-model, black, and detailed before every event. Choose by how many people ride together and how much room you want on arrival.

Cadillac Escalade
The red-carpet arrival vehicle: rear-seat room for gowns and tuxedos, tinted privacy, and a quiet cabin between stops.

Yukon Denali, Suburban or Navigator
Executive black SUVs for publicists, assistants, talent teams and families travelling with luggage from LAX to the hotel.

BMW 5 Series or Mercedes E-Class
Discreet executive sedans for one or two guests, hotel-to-venue transfers and late-night returns.

Sprinter group van
One vehicle for a cast, a production team or a table of guests, so everyone arrives together and leaves together.
Multiple vehicles for one party, staggered arrivals and vehicles on standby during the ceremony are arranged as separate hourly reservations, one per vehicle. See the full fleet.

A Los Angeles chauffeur network built for event weeks
LAXToGo works with established Los Angeles chauffeur and transportation partners to support premium event movements, hourly reservations, group transportation and coordinated multi-vehicle service during the city’s major entertainment events. LAXToGo is the booking and customer-facing service: you reserve with us, and we coordinate the vehicles and chauffeurs.
Within that network, Lux4Rides sets the licensing, insurance, vehicle-age and chauffeur-vetting standards our reservations are managed to, and Beverly Hills Lux Ride covers Emmys group transportation from the Beverly Hills and Westside hotels where many guests stay. Together they represent the professional chauffeur standard expected for events of this scale.
Online reservations run on Limoform, the booking platform behind bookings.laxtogo.com, which is why the price you see during booking is the price you pay.

Emmy transportation FAQs
Should I book hourly or one-way for the Emmys?
Book hourly if you have more than one stop — for example hotel, venue, dinner and an after-party. The chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the whole evening, and the total is quoted before you confirm. Book one-way for a single transfer, such as LAX to your hotel.
What is the minimum for an hourly Emmy chauffeur?
Hourly reservations have a four-hour minimum. Most award-show itineraries run six to eight hours from the first pickup to the final return, and you can extend on the day by telling your chauffeur.
Can you provide more than one vehicle for the same party?
Yes. Each vehicle is its own reservation so every car has a named chauffeur and its own confirmation. Call us for staggered arrivals, standby cars or a production schedule and we will coordinate the group.
Do you handle red-carpet arrivals at the Peacock Theater?
Your chauffeur follows the arrival and drop-off instructions that come with your event credentials. We build extra time into the plan for street closures and checkpoints around L.A. Live on show day.
What happens after the ceremony and the parties?
On an hourly reservation the vehicle stays positioned nearby and returns you to your hotel whenever you are ready. There is no second booking and no waiting for a car to be dispatched at the busiest time of the night.
Can you pick up guests at LAX before the event?
Yes. Airport transfers are a fixed price, include real-time flight tracking and 60 minutes of complimentary waiting on arrivals, and can be booked alongside the hourly reservation for the event.
How is Emmy transportation priced?
Hourly service is priced per hour by vehicle class with a four-hour minimum; transfers are a fixed price by route. The full amount is shown online before you confirm, and there is no surge pricing on event dates.
