Two ways to book this weekend
1. Point-to-point transfer
A car collects you, drops you at the stadium, and a second car collects you afterwards at an agreed point. Simplest option, and the right one if you are going straight there and straight home.
2. Hourly / standby — the car stays with you
Your chauffeur and vehicle remain on standby for the whole booking. Dinner in Manhattan Beach, the show, then straight home — without re-booking, waiting, or surge pricing at midnight. Luggage and coats stay in the car.
For a Friday or Saturday 8:00 PM show, groups typically book from late afternoon through to roughly 12:30–1:00 AM. Hourly is also the only arrangement that genuinely removes the post-event scramble, because the car is already yours and already nearby. What time to leave
Doors are around 6:00–7:00 PM for an 8:00 PM start. Working backwards:
- From LAX — about four miles, but allow far longer than the distance suggests. A 5:00–5:30 PM pickup is comfortable.
- From Beverly Hills, Hollywood or West Hollywood — leave by about 5:00 PM. Friday the 23rd is the harder night, because concert traffic lands on top of weekday rush hour.
- From Downtown LA or Santa Monica — allow 60–90 minutes door to door.
- From Orange County or Anaheim — leave around 4:00 PM. The 405 northbound is the variable, not the last mile.
Saturday is the easier arrival of the two and the busier departure. If you are going both nights, leave earlier on the Friday.
Why the parking rules matter even if you are not parking
SoFi requires every vehicle to have a pre-purchased parking pass. No pass means being turned away to offsite parking. Arrive at the wrong zone entrance and you are sent back around through the same traffic. Prices also rise at the gate on event day.
A chauffeured car removes that entire category of problem — no pass, no zone map, no walk from a distant lot, and nobody in your group has to stay sober to drive. Leaving after the show
This is the section worth reading twice.
When a stadium show ends, mobile signal around the venue degrades, rideshare pricing spikes, and traffic officers close and reroute streets that were open on the way in. Standing outside at 11:30 PM opening an app is the worst possible position to be in.
How we handle it:
- Your pickup point is agreed before the event, not after — a specific named location that works with the night's traffic plan.
- Your chauffeur's direct number is provided in advance, so you are not relying on an app to connect you.
- Instructions may be adjusted for traffic management and public-safety restrictions on the night. If the plan changes, you are told before you leave your seat.
- Expect a short walk. Private vehicles and rideshare are directed to designated areas away from the gates. Anyone promising a pickup at the door is describing something SoFi does not permit.
We have no special entrance, reserved curb or venue affiliation, and we will not claim one. What we control is that a named driver in a known vehicle is waiting at an agreed point with your number already in hand.
Leaving during the final song typically saves 30–45 minutes. Tell your chauffeur in advance if that is the plan.
